Review:

A clever design that has that Latin feel to it, so you nailed your theme. I like the actual artwork background that you find throughout Mexico. The render is an illustration and the background seems to be a photo. I think making the background match your render style would look more balanced but sometimes it hard to pull off. The text isn't horrible and does it's job. Nice logo swap and fitting team colors. I like this graphic.
