In the world of professional hockey, few stories capture the essence of determination and perseverance as vividly as that of Miroslav, a talented player who defied the odds after being overlooked in the VHL and VHLE draft. Despite being selected 31st overall in the VHL draft, Miroslav found himself without a contract, but his unwavering spirit led him to sign with the Calgary Wranglers. This article delves into Miroslav's journey, highlighting his resilience, hard work, and ultimate triumph.

Miroslav entered the VHL draft with great expectations. His exceptional skills, speed, and hockey sense made him a highly touted prospect. However, the fickle nature of the draft saw him fall through the cracks, leaving him undrafted after the first round. While this could have been disheartening for any player, Miroslav refused to let it define him. He has played through adversity before back home, when he was doubted to even get to the VHLM, in the VHLM when he was seen just as a depth piece, he is determined to prove everyone wrong and take this unsigned prospect as the end of his career, but he will see this as the beginning.

Instead of dwelling on the disappointment, Miroslav chose to use it as motivation to prove his worth. He believed in his abilities and knew that his talent deserved a chance to shine. With an unyielding determination, he set his sights on finding an opportunity to showcase his skills and make his mark in professional hockey.

It was during a tryout camp that Miroslav's persistence paid off. The Calgary Wranglers, a team known for their commitment to developing young talents, recognized Miroslav's potential and offered him a contract. It was an opportunity for him to prove himself on the ice and demonstrate that he belonged among the best. Miroslav held offers from various other coaches and staff, however, there was one thing that led him to Calgary... Their GM, Ricer13. Ricer was the AGM at the Yukon Rush, the team were Miroslav's uncle played, in Yukon when he visited his uncle he got to see the staff he worked with and got to know their AGM, Ricer13. This reencounter means more to Miroslva than anyone can imagine, and he will leave it all on the ice to give Ricer and Calgary the mighty Continental Cup back as they have recently won.

Miroslav understood that signing with the Wranglers was just the beginning. He joined their ranks with a humble mindset, ready to work hard and learn from the experienced players and coaches. He embraced every practice, every game, and every opportunity to improve, striving to become the best player he could be. Technically, Miroslav is seen as an undrafted player, and he has made it his goal to be one of the best undrafted players the game has ever seen. He is determined to be one of the best players in the VHLM before he jumps to the VHLE, then dominate the VHLE and finally, when he gets to the VHL, he gets to be one of the most dangerous rookies to get to that level.
