NAME: Jebediah Big Ol Doinks in Amish
POSITION: Defence
BIRTHPLACE: Saint Lucia
AGE: 27
HEIGHT: 69"

Hailing from the island nation of Saint Lucia, Jebediah Big Ol Doinks in Amish projects to be an offensive defenceman that will light up the league. Standing at a staggering 69 inches tall (nice), what Jebediah lacks in height he makes up for in natural skating ability and agility. After one season here are some of Jebediah Big Ol Doinks in Amish's strength and weaknesses on the ice.

STRENGTHS

OFFENSIVE UPSIDE: There is no denying that this guy is mainly looking to contribute on the scoresheet. Whether it's 5 on 5 or on the power play, Jebediah will be a main factor for your team's scoring. Not only is his vision great for quarter backing the power play, he can quite easily find a hole to get that puck on net.

POSITIONING: You can count on Jebediah to be in the right spot in almost every possible situation. Whether it's choosing to pinch on the blueline, or covering his assignment in the defensive zone, you can rely on Jeb. You can almost see the way that he reads the play and places himself in the perfect spot before it's happening. Good luck trying to stick handle past Jeb.

LEADERSHIP: It's hard to quantify leadership. You can take all the courses and know the theory, but some people are just born to be leaders and some are not. Jeb is a clear leader. Both on and off the ice he is a vocal part of any team. Not only does he lead by example, but he aims to infect the entire roster with his easy going island vibes.

WEAKNESSES

SKATING: It's clear to see that Jebediah is still a work in progress. He may have started with a disadvantage compared to some others in the class, but the amount of work being done in practice on just the fundamentals is great to see. Expect to see Jeb continuing that same dedication as his career furthers. Being a smaller defenceman, his lack of speed and critical skating ability makes him a bit of a pushover in that sense.

PHYSICALITY: Jebediah is almost non-existent on the physical side of the game. If the situation absolutely calls for it he will throw a hit, but he tries to do the bulk of his work with excellent positioning rather than brute force. This could become a problem for Jeb as he climbs the ladder of the league. We expect that at some point, he will be forced to toughen up in order to stay competitive.
