You color palette is limited but it works really good. It has tons of highlights and good contrast to make elements pop. Nice logo swap and NHL de-branding, always good to see that has been taken care of. Overall, looks good. If I had to suggest anything, it would be maybe make the render larger. Waist up is a good place to start. It gives a better look at the render's face and more detail overall. I am not sure the 3D/embossing on the text was needed but it really doesn't hurt.
