jRuutu 2,434 Posted January 4 Share Posted January 4 The season 92 VHL draft took place a few days ago. Many exciting young players were picked by VHL teams. As usual, some players are seen as more ready to play in VHL early on than others, one of the players not far from VHL level is second overall pick George Richmond, who was picked by Moscow Menace. What makes the pick interesting is the position Richmond is usually seen at - center. Moscow Menace already has two young centers on the roster, Gunner and Ruutu. If you compare the two centers, Ruutu is most likely to feel the burn and heat as Richmond is breathing on their neck as Gunner lead the team last year. Meanwhile, Ruutu also played in the team. However, rumors coming from Moscow suggest that it is Gunner who is most likely going to make room for Richmond. Sources near the Moscow Menace training grounds have stated that Gunner has refused to walk in and out of the locker room, he has been carried by what looks like a carrying chair, similar to one you might have seen in ancient times in Egypt. What has caused the management to question the motives of Gunner is the peanuts Gunner keeps throwing at the feet of other players. According to one anonymous player: "the peanuts are high-quality, even after you eat them from the ground". Remains to be seen what happens in Moscow, one thing is for sure - things are spicy.
