Kendrick 4,741
I uploaded a graphic last week and then also bought a doubles week. I applied the graphic with the doubles week in my updates and the updater changed the entire update. So now I have a pending doubles week and my graphic has been approved of this week. That was all supposed to be last week and I'm wondering why it wasn't approved for 12 TPE a week ago? I'm confused how to update now Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/147498-update-question/ Share on other sites

You're in a small group of not a standard first-gen (like actual first players), but you're coming back from inactivity (woohoo!). So you ARE eligible for the First Gen benefits, but you can't ALSO have the recreate carryover. First Gen benefits are 21TPE (10 for hitting 100, 5 for The First Generation in the player store, and 6 from First Gen Doubles) Your Recreate TPE was 19TPE So you can spend 1.5M for the extra 2TPE, or we can revoke the First Gen Doubles Week and keep the carryover TPE. Let me know what you choose and I'll get it all sorted for you. And of course if you have any more questions let me know! v.2 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/147498-update-question/#findComment-1024086 Share on other sites

Not really your fault then, you were just doing your job properly haha I'll keep the carryover TPE and just keep going by using the money elsewhere Edit: I will note in the player store it does say I can use it if I am returning and haven't had a player in 3 years. Is the wording wrong? Edited May 1 by Kendrick Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/147498-update-question/#findComment-1024146 Share on other sites

Is the wording wrong? The wording is right, but incomplete. It should be "or returning members without a player in the past 3 seasons, in lieu of taking carryover". I'll get the Player Store stuff handled for you and get your money back! Appreciate the patience and the attention to the issue in general!
