Look: 2.75/3 - I really like this, particularly the coloring, but there are a few small adjustments are needed. Personally, I'd add some lighting around the area of the renders face and use Topaz on the render (if you use photoshop). Also, while I think the stock work is well done, I'd suggest adding some texture stocks like what you have on the edges of the sig to the area above the glove, since that seems a bit empty. Not a fan of the light streak across the neck either. Text is ok but not superb either. I like the grungy feel to this but also think more stock work and lighting work would have helped a lot.
