S96 Ottawa Lynx Captains

2nd Alternate - Joel Jakobs (@Plate)
Jakobs joins the Lynx as their first selection in the S96 draft being the top skater in his draft class. Despite just joining the team, Joel has exemplified great leadership qualities not common among many players and deserves the recognition right off the bat.

1st Alternate - River Harrington (@kirbithan)
Harrington has solidified themself as Ottawa's top defenseman and leader on the blue line. Playing for the Lynx since season 94 and formally drafted in the S95 draft, River will be leaned upon both with their play and their presence moving forward in what should be a great season for them and the team.

The Captain - Brandon Petan Jr (@sadie)
Petan Jr followed the same path as Harrington, joining the team in season 94 and being drafted for the season after. Brandon has come out as the top forward for the Lynx and has been a true leader from the moment they walked into the locker room. They, along with their assistant captains, will be the face of the franchise going into what is hopefully a historic season.
