The end of S96 regular season is right around the corner. We found time to speak with VHL Calgary Wranglers player Miner vHLer @Rhynex Entertainment, who has had a strong season.

 

Reporter: Hello Miner! Nice to see you again! You've had a rough week in more than one way! Your production went down and you more than doubled your penalty minutes. What happened?

 

Mv: Hello. Honestly, I'm not entirely sure. We are just prepping up for playoff hockey, increasing the physicality. I guess teams are doing the same and working us harder while tightening up the defence?

 

Reporter: GM @leandrofg brought in a superstar defenseman in Bobby Bob @Baby Boomer, how has the team faired with the change?

 

Mv:  We're playing good hockey, but I know we have another gear. Bobby Bob is a fantastic defenseman and our vet. A great leader and producer. We're a better team with Bobby Bob, for sure.

 

Reporter: How do you plan to rise to the occasion for the playoffs?

 

Mv: I will be an on ice and off ice leader. Playoffs is when I shine the brightest. I also need to improve other parts of my game. Overall, let's make it a special run.
