I think the text is alright but it could probably use some more effects to make it a bit more interesting. The stock work and blending looks unfinished. Nice job on the jersey change/coloring, it really adds to this piece. Creativity: 1/1 - For sure. Look: 2.5/3 - The coloring in the background doesn't really work here with the render/text coloring here - if the render and text were brighter colors rather than New York colors it'd work, but in this situation I'd suggest a background that matches the navy/red colors. I think the render could use a bit of sharpening and/or some Topaz effects to make it pop a bit more. What you have so far is pretty good, I just think with some more additions (coloring, render effects, stock work), it'll look much better.
