1. Welcome to the World Junior Championship. Did you expect your player to be a part of this tournament?

 

2. There's no doubt we're one of the underdog teams, even though I can promise you I'll do my best so that our opponents don't see us as such. What are your experiences of being an underdog, either you ir your player?

 

3. What's your favorite memory related to international hockey or international sport of any kind?

 

4. How did your draft go a few days ago? Were you selected in the position you expected?

 

5. What would you like to see your player's role be on our team?

 

6. What are your expectations about this tournament, member-wise, player-wise and team-wise?

1. Honestly, didn't expect to be apart of this tournament but I'm honoured to represent Team World in the World Junior Championship. 

2. This isn't my first player on the VHL, and I'm experienced on doing whatever I can to improve my teammates and help my coaches make good reads on the ice. 

3. Probably the World Cup, 2022 to be exact. I loved the final. 

4. Well, the Seattle Bears drafted me in the VHL entry draft, and the Saskatoon Wild brought me back, so I'm pretty satisfied. 

5. Be a team player, whether that's being a defensive-forward, passing, scoring, a two-way forward on the ice really. 

6. I think we're going to have a deep run, but this team might not be ready to hold the gold. Who knows? Only time will tell. I think my player is going to benefit from this experience and take it with him into the VHL, as long with the team.
