Axle Gunner beats up a disabled person

The title of the article is no mistake, in game 281 of the VHLs ninety-seven season Acle Gunner took out his frustrations on a disabled person, a man with only nine fingers. A loss of a finger is considered a disability according to the United States federal government, the social security administration and the Americans disabilities act. Therefore when Axle Gunner cowardly beat up Logan Ninefingers at the 2:42 mark of the third period in a eventual 4-2 Vancouver win earlier this week, fans think Gunner should have been charged with a hate crime.

A free one of information request has found that some Vancouver Wolves fans have logged a complaint with the with the Vancouver Police department (VPD), asking the police force to look into the assault that took place and see if the assault would be considered a hate crime. Regardless of the outcome of the possible investigation, Gunners true colours have shown themselves and hopefully the league and players around the league will take notice of the heinous cowardly act.
