Gaikoku-hito 2,234
I will try to keep this right to the point this week as I tend to write too much really about nothing at all or at least nothing that important. Well, Surprise surprise I am doing the same again this week as I cannot see the Wildcard round lasting much more than three games due to the regular season standings between the four teams (almost wrote three). Seattle Bears versus New York on paper looks tasty but, in the end, only one team will likely be doing all the feasting as the Bears won the regular season series 4-1 so clearly has the upper hand heading into the series so if they lose a game I would be surprised. Also sets up a great Cinderella story should the Bears up end the Vancouver Wolves like they have done way too many times in the past for my liking. Paper means nothing when it comes to these two rivals even though Vancouver one would think would have the up hand. Should I even talk about the other series; which could be the most lopsided series in the history of the VHL? Someone will correct me I know but this is at least the worst since I have joined the league in S75 so that is saying a lot, right? It will be clear padding the stats series and a series that should give any Reign a chance to rein in early votes of the Kanou; which is always given to a player on the Continental cup winning team; right? This also makes the Curse of the Victory Cup actually have a real chance unless you look the regular series between Malmo & Riga!! Either way the Wildcard won`t be wild and should be over rather quickly!!
