Graphic review

I am doing this graphic review because I got two trivia questions wrong this week which sucks, but that happens occasionally!  At first glance of this graphic, I noticed a young female face that has no bruises from the hockey puck or fighting, and as I examined the graphic, I saw that the players expression appears to be of content, which is likely because of the success of her team.  She looks like one of my daughter’s friends!

Examining the graphic further, I like how you have created some depth to the graphic, and it appears there are buildings behind the team name.  I like how you have used the entire size of the graphic to create the Moscow team name, and by placing the player in front and to the side, it equalizes the importance of the meaning of the graphic. The colors chosen are appropriate for this graphic. You have added some drops on the depth, which brings a more realistic texture to the graphic.  The team logos on the shoulders are distorted appropriately and sized appropriately to show the patches as being sewed on. I noticed on the left shoulder. The size of the patch is smaller as well as the size of the shoulder, which also brings some depth to the graphic.

As far as the signature goes, on close inspection, it appears that you had to piece the letters together and by doing so it adds a unique quality to this graphic. I like the placement of the signature as well as the font, chosen and the angle of the signature.

I’m pretty sure that I have done previous graphic reviews of your graphics because I have always been impressed with the quality work that you do and this one is no different.  The only problem with this graphic is that whenever I see the name Jillian Woods again I will correlating her as my daughter’s friend and I won’t see her as a fierce hockey player!!

Score 10/10
