Steve 1,995 Posted February 9 Share Posted February 9 The playoffs are in full swing and Riga is in the thick of it. We are heading to game seven in the first round after winning the wildcard series. Of course we have to play the best team in the league, Malmo. At least we are making it interesting and we have several players making a mark. Severus Targaryen is leading the team in points along with Gunner doing his thing. We have had fairly good secondary scoring from our second line. They are playing some hard minutes and hanging in there with Malmo's best. I feel we could make a push deep in the playoffs if we do the unthinkable and beat Malmo. It looks like there are three series going to game seven. I really like to see that. Some teams just play better in the playoffs compared to the regular season. It's like the standings are there just to get teams in a playoff spot but don't really reflect the outcome. I know I am getting ahead of myself. I do have a backup plan. My clubs are in my trunk and ready to set a tee time. You have to be prepared for anything. Good luck to all the teams still competing, even Malmo....
