Small Recruitment Team Pay Increase

Hi,

 

I was in discussions with the Blue Team (and at one point BOG until it fizzled out) to get a small increase for the Recruitment Team. This was agreed upon and approved via DM on March 30, 2025. Not many want to do the role and it's incredibly exhausting at times. It's my hope that this offers incentives for some wanting to come on, but also offers a small reward and "burn out vacation" for those who bust their ass for the league in this specific role. It's very easy to say that I am still burnt out from being so busy in life, the S98 TDL drive and everything. 

 

Recruitment Pay:

6 TPE/WEEK (capped)

1 Free Week/Season (12 capped) - **does NOT carryover to the next season. If you don't use it, you lose it. ZERO exceptions**
