Look: 2/3 - The render looks poorly cut, there needs to be some lighting, the text should be closer to the render to help the flow and some blending would help as well. Another thing you should know, the smaller a graphic is the better things seem to look, cleaner they get ect. You've still got some stuff done but it's a bit lacking. Look: 1.75/3 - Bash got most of it, and I strongly agree with what he said about the text and sig size. I'd also like to add that not only is the render poorly cut, but the effects that you used don't look very good - making the render blurry takes away from it as a focal point of the sig.
