I think the text is good, but it's a little bright for my taste. A nice concept overall. Look: 2.75/3 - This is close to a 3/3 for me, but I have to agree with Schneiderman on the coloring - maybe try to keep the stock work/background to the same teal tint, and tone down the saturation on the render's face a bit. Also, this is more minor, but I'd personally suggest blurring or darkening the far left side of the sig - it helps the render and text pop out a bit more.
