First and biggest problem is the font choice and the placement/coloring. It blends too much into it, and because it doesn't stand out and is so blended, it makes it really hard to read, the font choice also should have been a little more bold, I feel like it would have really added to this a lot. Also I love the render effects but the background and the starry stock over the render just look a little random and out of place, I feel like for this to come together it needs to have a little more. Look: 2.25/3 - The coloring is off a bit and I think you could have used some more lighting. The text is also something that could use some help as well.
