I think you did everything needed to complete a sig. look: 2.5/3 - A couple things here make this lack an overall finished look. First is the font choice, I just think it's too bold and bulky and in your face. It takes away from the rest of your great work and because of that it's just too distracting. I like the start you have with the general coloring as well as the ice-based background and texture - so if you built more off of that and had some simpler, more understated text would do wonders for this sig.
