It's borderline for me though. look: 2.25/3 - I see the concept you were going for, but for me, the bright blue all over the players just completely takes away from what this should be. You can barely see any of them and the font kind of gets lost as well. Look: 2.5/3 - I honestly like the bright blue part, I think it works well with the logo and text (which, by the way, are solid - I don't normally like logos in sigs that aren't a jersey change but this is good), but IR is right that it overshadows the players. If the players were more visible this would be a much, much better sig.
