Diary of a General Manager

Entry 01: Am I the right man?

Whenever a team starts to decline and loose the man in charge often asks the question “Am I the right man for the job?” I know I am not the most well liked person in the Victory Hockey League or even the most active with my prospects but I do feel I am still learning. I have come so far since I took over Moscow last season, I would call last season a win as we made it to the playoffs. I'm constantly working with my Assistant General Manager Clardy to improve the Red Wolves and to help grow along side a friend.

Entry 02: Trades

Today I traded away a young prospect Jed Mosley, after an exchange of words during a practice. He wanted out so I guess I can not look to much into the situation. Trading players is harder then I anticipated, after a wile you grow to love them and you bond with them....It feels like getting rid of a kid in a way. None the less it is my job to train them up and give them the best possible opportunity to win. That is what I have done for Mosley.
