Da Trifecta 1,899 Posted July 13, 2015 Share Posted July 13, 2015 Sadly I haven't been in the VHL long enough to see it's first like five or six birthday's. I was only around for the seventh and eighth. Well recently as in today, the VHL hit it's eighth birthday. It has been the longest running hockey player sim league in existence. That is something that the creators and admins can be proud of. It's a thing of wonder how a few guys can manage to get a bunch of other guys to write or create graphics. But to keep them active and consistently doing this is an even bigger wonder. I mean when you think of it, the majority of people on the site are at least the age of 18 and over. What would want to make guys that age want to continue doing this? Is it the dedication and passion for the sport? Is it because they love writing? Is it the chance to show off their computer skills with graphics? Some may never know, while others may.
