gorlab 4,321 Posted July 30, 2015 Share Posted July 30, 2015 SECTION 7.2 OF THE VICTORY HOCKEY LEAGUE RULEBOOK READS: "7.2 – Sending Down A Player When sending a player down who has over 175TPE or does not have a two-way contract they will have to go through waivers for a period of 48 hours." Key wording = "When sending a player down who has over 175TPE" .... Teibert is at 159 tpe and therefore doesn't need to clear waivers.
