To enhance activity of this draft, future drafts, and the league as a whole, the Board of Governors with help from returned (and hopefully not yet lost) Brandon Best has slowly but surely come up with this new, revised recruitment incentive: From now on, any recruit (be it new member or one returning from a prolonged absence) who specifies or confirms they have been recruited by a current league member will earn that member 5 TPE for reaching 100 TPE and 3 TPE for every next 100 TPE until they reach 500 TPE. This means one recruit can potentially reward you with 17 TPE. Get recruiting.
