The five time Riga Reign captain and Continental Cup winner Miles Larsson has played his last VHL game.  The Riga organization is happy to see Miles go on to have success in his final season with Quebec.  We hope he continues to succeed in life and with whatever his next adventure shall be.

With the Reign Miles Larsson managed to achieve many extraordinary things becoming one of the most successful players in franchise history.  As a player he was known best for the physicality he brought day in and day out.  Often overshadowed by his lust for causing pain he was also a consistent offensive presence bringing the stability this franchise desperately needed.  In seven seasons with the Reign he averaged just over a point per game.

At the end of Season 35 this is where Miles Larsson ranks among the all time leaders in Riga history.

Games Played - T2nd - 504

Goals - 4th - 240

Assists - 8th - 281

Points - 4th - 466

Penalty Minutes - 2nd - 900

Hits - 1st - 2343

Short Handed Goals - T7th - 4

Game Winning Goals - 1st - 47

Miles Larsson is the epitome of what it means to be a class act.  He is a great person, a great teammate, and a hard worker.  His legacy will be remembered forever within the Reign organization and today we retire his number, 53.
