A once promising recruit to the VHL, Sean Blacker has been making an attempt to comeback and revive his sad career up to this point.  A maverick in the minor leagues (9,126 points in 2 seasons) who had a niche at the draw, the mild-mannered forward will play a largely different role in a Bears uniform.  "The trade has really boosted my morale.  Living in America is leagues better than it's inferior brother to the north," Blacker admitted in an interview at the local Jason's Deli.  "Sean has been working on some of the intangibles that will make this team competitive over the next few years.  Things like face-offs, fighting, and leadership.  He's bound to make a difference, even if it isn't on the stat sheet, persay," Coach Q explained.

Noteworthy is Sean's competitive nature, specifically in the 'ring'.  Having won one fight already (tied for first in the VHL) and looking to bruise more opponents, he fully acknowledges that it will do nothing but hurt his team's chances to win...  or will it?
