I think the sig itself is too big and even though there's lighting in there it could be stronger, text is a little basic too but there's definitely a lot of improvement here from your last one, nice stuff! Having so much room to fill makes it much harder to do so well. I'm not sure what's going on effect wise near the head of your render but it kinda looks like he has some flies buzzing around him. We should have some stocks in the resources section so I would grab them and play around with blending options to be able to do more with the BG. As with your other work, get the text closer to the render so it isn't as distracting. Even if it covers a bit that's okay.
