The text looks phenomenal and the lighting looks great on the render, although it's a bit too bright where it hits the background. Could maybe crop off a bit of the left side as well. The render effects I think look pretty solid however the entire render area is a over-exposed so it kinda just washes out everything you did. If your lighting created some contrast and you sharpened the face up a tad I think this could really pop.
