eaglesfan036 4,603
Over the past few years, I've been responsible for a lot of VHL happenings. I don't regret putting in lots of time as a VHLM Commish, GM and other spots, as this league is a great place and I'm glad I could help. However, these responsibilities are starting to wear on me. If I'm not checking in every day and posting in the locker room and encouraging my team, I feel as though I am letting my team down as a GM. I also then feel the pressure to make the right moves so the great guys on my team can win a cup, and feel the pressure to put tons of tpe into my player to help as best as possible. On the recruitment leader front, it's frustrating because I have put in a good amount of effort, but it's fruitless. I've spammed Twitch NHL 17 streams and youtube, and from all my spamming I've only ever gotten 1 person (Daniel). I feel as though I've let the VHL down on the recruitment front. Also twitter ads are dumb because apparently my vhl ad violated their code of conduct somehow. I sent an email asking what was wrong, all all they replied was saying i broke the rules and check the rulebook which means they are dumb and Draper should win MVP Phil 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/34893-responsibility/ Share on other sites
FacePuncher 1,343
Yes, Draper should win MVP, I need them prediction points! i don't think you're letting anyone down with recruiting, we know your trying, people are just scared off by your ugly face most likely and your team is in first, isn't it?
