Whether Markus King comes back next year is still up in the air and largely dependant on the VHLM Dispersal Draft and where teams value him as a goaltender/cornerstone for their run next year. Brampton has some pieces and some draft picks to allow themselves a shot next year of competing. In the meantime King has stated he will be travelling around scouting different VHLM Teams players during the postseason to ensure he knows their tendencies and can react on penalty shots. King is a student of the game and a student who seems to see the game very well, react and study opponents on the fly. So if you see a tall young man sitting in your stands rocking his Regina Pats track pants and Prairies shirt, you indeed are looking at a goaltender ready to take the VHLM by storm next season!
