New League Positions: Lobbyists

Over the last few weeks it has become pretty apparent that many of the active members here have pretty strong opinions, one way or another, and it has led to various banter, arguments and honestly, some enjoyable reading.  One discussion that has gone back and forth has been the apparent lack of positions and jobs in the league as a whole.  So here I am to suggest one you could add:  VHL Lobbyists.  Lobbyists are positions that are paid weekly (1-2 TPE) that are voted on BY THE PEOPLE to join (ideally, but we all know it's a secret gangbang) the BOG, but most likely a sub-group that pushes to influence the means and methods that they were voted to office on.  This could include, among other things:  weekly Fan590's or point tasks (could be 1TPE for the former, 2 for the latter) that are driven based on their political/opinionated platforms, and/or weekly reports on the ongoings of the league and where their stance lies among it.
