Another good edition sir. Yes thankfully Jardy got an update in before sim, although he leaned more fighter so we'll see how that goes haha. :P One of these days I'm going to get a food question right with you. No booze, little soda. You live a very healthy life. Honestly I've been eating and living more healthy as time has gone on, save for booze. I may not drink every day, but I certainly have beer several times a week. But I can relate to as you get older you just start to see negative effects to every health decision you make. You drink three sodas and eat half a bag of chips in a day now and your on the toilet with a bad stomach in no time.

Now it's like, hey I had some chips and a soda maybe one or two days this week. Hooray, snack foods. :P Anyway, Buffalo fan eh? I really thought that team was going to make some more noise even this season. I hadn't pegged so many Canadian teams to break out, but that is what it is. I think Buffalo has a good solid future though.

I really need to exercise more and lose some belly fat. Really unhappy with my physical appearance. My weight is ok - same weight I graduated high school at 16 years ago, but the composition leaves much to be desired.

As for the Sabres, they really need another to 4 defender or two [Kulikov was largely a bust, Georges is usually ineffective] and there was some talk about the Sabres signing Viktor Antipin from the KHL, who would immediately step in as a solid puck-moving blueliner. Like I said in the episode, getting rid of some older wingers and replacing them with younger guys [Baptiste, Bailey, Carrier, Nylander] could go a loooong way to solving some offensive issues. Eichel getting hurt really sucked. :(

As for snack foods, a handful of years ago I really took to tortilla chips over potato chips. Not healthy, but healthier.

Aren't kale chips a thing? Or has that fad arrived 3 years too late like everything else down here?

Kale chips are alright but they don't really satisfy the salty craving. That is the thing about these snacks it's mostly a salty craving.
