Kendrick 4,741 Posted May 19, 2017 Share Posted May 19, 2017 Is there anyone out there who has wanted to be a VHLM GM but they are not sure exactly how it works or simply don't apply because you don't think you are qualified? I threw my name into the hat for Ottawa but I wanted to take a different approach and simply help someone gain experience in a role like that. I'll promote a quality lockerroom and help you with VHLM rules and things to help make the transition easier. I'm asking because I think we might have some members on the fence about it because they don't think they are qualified or just don't have the knowledge. I'm willing to help with things and make it easier.
