Drafted third overall, Komarov figures to be a big player in New York next year. However this season he will need to be a big part of Vegas, if they figure to win. He will be one of the most developed, players in juniors and will continue to hone his skills untill next season where he hopes to fight for the rookie of the year award.

The hulking centermen still has questions about his offensive upside, Vegas needs them answered and soon. There is no question he can play defense, and win the draws but big numbers will be needed.

His offensive game has taken off since being drafted, his shot heavily improved. His added strength should allow him to get off a booming shot from just about anywhere. It will allow him to get to the net with ease when you couple it with his 6'8 frame. Who can stop him? It will be a tall task to ask of any defender.
