Kriztof Mueller Entering the VHLM

There is a new prospect entering into the VHLM.  Former Vancouver Giants forward, Kriztof Mueller, has made the decision to choose the VHL over the National Hockey League, due to his interest in the European Conference, and namely his hometown Cologne Express.

Mueller, who was born in Cologne, recorded a career year this past season in his final year with Vancouver, recording thirty-nine goals and ninety-seven points in fifty-one games.  He leaves the WHL to join the VHLM in hopes of one day playing in the VHL, and perhaps even for his childhood team.  Mueller had this to say about the decision:

“Today, I took a big step forward in my career.  I have decided to enter the VHLM and will soon sign with a team for the rest of the season before entering the VHLM Dispersal Draft.  I have always dreamed of playing professional hockey and have chosen to do so in a league that supports European hockey and the growth of hockey across the entire world, and not just North America.  I grew up a huge fan of the Cologne Express and I hope to one day get to play for them, but I will be happy to say that I’ll be playing in the league I watched the most as a child.”
