I remember a long time ago I was in a league like this. So I just tried to find a new one to join after retiring two years ago. I forgot how a lot of this stuff works tho.

Well if you need help let me know

Not unless the last team puts in an offer before hand then you can choose.

have a look at the standings and trades recently and rosters to have a good idea of what kind of team your going to.

lower end teams generally give you more icetime and chances to succeed but you lose by not playing as long.

higher end teams will give you less ice time but better line mates and chance to win the cup.

there is good and bad things about both.

Yeah, there's definitely good and bad to what team you'll be on.

Especially if you're on a lesser team, that means less people in the locker room to talk to. Obviously, you can chat to people in other areas of the site, but if you're in an active locker room that's always a plus. Stat padding on a lesser team with tons of ice time works as well.

Although, I think at your point just starting out with 30 TPE, getting all the ice time isn't going to be that huge.
