The story of the season is the emergence of Fred Krigars who plays for the Riga Reign. Him and John Locke have been tearing the league a new one this season. Krigars has 46 goals and 55 assists for 101 points in just 46 games. He is on pace for 158 points on the season which would be the most since Joel Jarvi won the Mike Szatkowski Trophy with 162 points. Before that we have to go all the way back to Season 35 when Michal Wozniak won the Szatkowski with 154 points. So you know, this is a pretty special season for Krigars. It also shows those people who think the players with the most TPE will dominate when in reality they won't because myself and Cornerstone have probably 1100 TPE between us but are 3rd and 4th in center scoring while Krigars and Komarov are 1st and 2nd in center scoring and they have maybe 600 tpe between the both of them. So you know, you don't need high tpe to dominate in this league, just need the right teammates and the right situation.
