diamond_ace 3,112
Add an additional year of draft picks to be eligible to be traded. Let GMs trade three years out instead of two. It would have solved the whole Bushito/Tyler bit before it became a thing, and we've had issues with people trying the "future picks" stuff in the past, so if it was legal, no one would need to try to creatively get around it. Offset this by saying that each team must possess three picks at all times - sure, 3rds aren't going to get you much, but I doubt a team trading for a 1st would mind throwing a 3rd in there if needed and you never know what can happen. hedgehog337 3,483
It also might lead to a longer rebuilding process if a GM sells all picks from three drafts for multiple seasons in a row. Obviously, it's up to a GM, but still. diamond_ace 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/45592-suggestion-2-gmmt/#findComment-485847 Share on other sites

Banackock 8,053
Honestly - not a bad idea. Regarding what hedge said - if that's the case, they shot their own foot. I wouldnt mind this this too much. diamond_ace 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/45592-suggestion-2-gmmt/#findComment-486072 Share on other sites
