The colours you've used for this gives it an icy cool look to it and I like it. The lighting is bright but not over powering but I would tone down the top left exposure somewhat. The players head is a little to saturated but it works.It also contrasts well with the bg.His jersey has a blur effect on the front and you have some dispersion on his right shoulder which is kinda cool. Your font is cool,with the transparency and has an icy look to it.I find the font could have a dark border around it so it could stand out more against the lighter bg.
