Saskatoon-Ryuu Crimson is the Wild's top line Left Wing. Sounds normal right? Well, if you look closely you might notice that the hand on top of his stick is his Left. Yup. He is a Right-Handed Stick user. "People don't usually notice, but when they do, they go crazy and question my sanity and my life decisions. I was so surprised when people would go crazy, until I realized that I should be Right Wing."

Ryuu played as a Left Wing his whole life, and despite knowing that he is pretty weird when it comes to that, he still wants to stay Left Wing. "I mean come on, life has been good as Left Wing, so why change just because of my handedness, it's not the end of the world. Plus, being Left Wing has made for some pretty good setups."

Not much people know that though, and when he tells people or they notice, it's as if they thought they were the only people that noticed. Maybe it gives him an advantage considering he's gotten 20 goal seasons when he was younger. "You know, it really makes for some cool goals, like I cross in front of the goalie but backhand the puck in the goal past the blocker side."

He really likes being one of the only Left Wings that are right-handed. "Makes me feel unique. Also, it is a rarity for this to happen so goalies and players aren't use to players like me. Of course, I still suck and turnovers do happen, but it's still awkward to some players. It's also nice not having a board in the way of my stick."

(Based on a true story, I am a Right Handed Left Wing)

I prefer right side on forward and defence and I'm a lefty. My on ice vision is so much better and I'm so comfortable on that side.

Yeah I agree, plus it's a perfect set up for shots. Also, the boards aren't in the way of your stick.
