@Doomzday

What was going through your head during that draft, hearing all the names called before you?

You were selected 25th overall, does that bother you at all?

Saskatoon was the worst team in the VHLM last season, do you have any apprehensions about joining that team?

Did your time with the Phantoms in the USHL prepare you for the VHLM?

Would you be open to switching positions, to RW for example, if it meant more playing time?

What do you hope to accomplish during your time with the Saskatoon Wild?

I was sitting back waiting. After so long I grew bored and frustrated. Hearing name after name and seeing players I'm better than go before me based on their relationships to the GMs. I've never kissed anybody's ass, and I wasn't going to start leading into the draft, and I'm not going to start now.

I wouldn't say it bothers me. I'll remember all 24 of the players picked before me. And I'll follow all 24 for my whole career. I have them written down, I made a list. At the end of my tenure, when all is said and done, I might not be remembered, but I bet you I'm at least better than 24 specific guys.

I've played for bad hockey teams my entire career. Sergei knew exactly what he was doing, it wasn't by chance. He knew nobody would touch me, nobody wants the asshole... But he also knew when to pull the trigger. 25 wasn't by chance, he knew 25 would piss me off and light a fire on his offense. That's why I'm here. It's not my job to make the team better, it's my job to play to the best of my ability and score. If I score 4 goals and the team gives up 5, they lose but my star rises.

It's a similar league, but the competition level isn't nearly the same. I'm not sure if it'll make a difference in the long run, but I think I'm as prepared as I can be.

I'm not against switching position, but I feel like the team should accommodate me not the other way around. If it gets me more playing time over someone and it benefits my pockets and stat sheet, sign me up.

I hope to burn the entire league down. I hope to carry the Sasky boys to the top of the league, and I will finish the season on top.

1.) What is more important to your time in the VHLM - individual success or championships?

2.) Do you feel as if you were wrongly passed over by a couple of GMs? Should you have gone higher in the draft?

3.) Are there any VHL teams that are peaking your interest to play for?

4.) Which team name/logo combination is the best in the VHLM and VHL?

5.) You've only been here for a week, but in that time, do you have any constructive criticism for the VHL/VHLM?

Doomsday?

@Doomzday

1. What are your thoughts on the league so far?

2. Does your player have any PREGAME routines? Superstitions?

3. If you could compare yourself to an NHL player, who would it be and why?

4. What are your goals as a player?

5. Any suggestions as a new member to improve the site, make things easier or to better accommodate you?

Individual success breeds championships. They go hand and hand. Nobody asks how many cups the Kings won, they ask how many Gretzky has.

Certainly. No one in my draft class has grinded as hard as me, and none of them will. There's not a chip on my shoulder, there's an entire mountain.

No. I'm here to play hockey. I don't care what city I'm in, they're going to be winners.

Huge fan of the Dynamo and Aces

None. This place has been awesome and welcoming, but I could've been drafted better.

The league has been great, @Tagger is the man.

Pregame routines include heavy meditation and spiritual enlightenment. Harvesting dark energy by use of ritual magic. He also keeps his original youth mouthpiece tucked into his shoulder pads.

Chris Pronger, because I don't shut up and it becomes annoying.

To lead the league in scoring and prove that 25 was far too low.

No, everything is great and works exactly as it should. I look forward to getting to know all of you.
