Yukon had a stellar draft selecting 7 times in the first 3 rounds, and selecting some of the best young promising talents in the game. These players seem destined to be VHL stars in the near future, and poised to be a strong team in the VHLM next season. Surely these young talents will benefit from internal competition, lengthy season, and hopefully lengthy post season.

1st overall pickC - Kronos Bailey is a strong 6'4" Center with an outstanding scoring ability and solid speed. Scoring 9 points in 23 regular season games with Halifax, and 4 points in 8 Playoff games he seems destined to have a bright future.

4th overall pick -  RW - Kisshan Shan is a dynamic well-rounded winger, that's solid in almost every aspect of the game. Scoring 49 points in 57 regular season games, and 3 in 5 playoff games. Shan seems to be the type of player that will mesh well with many of the Rush's centers. Shan seems to be destined to be a solid top 6 winger in the VHL.

6th overall pickD - Ryan Sullivan Jr - is a solid two-way defender with speed and the ability to move the puck in transition and quarterback the powerplay. Getting 5 assists in 13 regular season games and a +6, and 1 assist in 5 playoff games. Ryan Sullivan Jr looks poised to become a solid defender at the VHL level, while his shot may not be elite his ability to move the puck can't be forgotten about.

10th overall pick - C - Ryan Zabby  is a massive offensive minded center, with the ability to shoot the puck or make a quick pass to fool defenders and goalies. Scoring 5 points in 10 regular season games he seems poised for a breakout season with Yukon.

11th overall pick - D - Jagger Philliefan is a great skating defenseman with decent playmaking abilities, he seems to be focused on improving his offense to go along with his solid defending. Scoring 4 points in 10 games during his first VHLM action he seems like a key cog for Yukon to pull off some victories. While it's early to say he's going to be a VHL star, some think its definitely possible.

13th overall pickC - Gucci Garrop is another massive center for Yukon, he's 6'8"!!!!! Besides just his size he's also fast and can score. With both Garrop and Zabby being 6'8" Don Cherry is getting a wet dream of two massive Canadian centers playing for Yukon. Garrop was held pointless in his 13 regular season games but seems to have had a great offseason for development. ( No rookie profile)

18th overall pick RW - Nathan N is a great skating winger with the ability to dangle defenders and rip it top shelf. He was held pointless in his first 10 VHLM games but had some solid development so far this offseason.

Yukon seems to have had a great draft, with many future VHL players, while not all will become stars most will surely become VHL regulars. Now it's up to Yukon to help these players develop into the VHL stars they could be!
