Since this is probably some of your first SIG designs, I'd like to say don't be afraid to experiment and use your imagination with whatever software youve used to make this SIG. As it is, the SC logo on the top left is decent looking. Other than that there's not much else to comment on because you've added nothing else to the picture. Dont be afraid next time to add filters, exposures, colors etc to your next work. I can't really give you a rating on this SIG because its just a stock pic with an added logo.
