I dig it man. The space to the right seems a little empty so either the gif or the text could be bigger (or even both and just overlay them).

 

You got Photoshop for this or did you figure out how to do it in GIMP?

I figured it out in gimp but i think it may be easier on PS. I uploaded the gif which had 30 frames and I had to move each frame if I wanted to adjust the size or position of the gif. I then made a background and merged a copy of it to each gif frame. Then exported as a gif

Can you link the frames so that they all move at once?

To be honest idk what that means lol. i know i can do a link thing in the bottom right next to hide/show layer buttons but idk what that does

So if all the gif layers are selected, right click on them and hit link layers. If you do that, any transformation you make to one happens to all of them. Allowing you to warp, re-size, and move as you please.

lol that would have made life easier. but that's good to know. did you have to apply the background to every layer or is there a work around for that?

There's a kind of one click method to apply layer to all frames. So I just selected all my background layers and applied them to all frames with that one click.

Yeah mine took me like an hour to make and it sounds like you can polish one off in 10. my next one shall be better
