I really like the effect you have on the shoulders there. The texture of the background almost makes this picture feel a bit more alive, it fits really well. That text size, placement, and colour usage is absolutely perfect. Only thing I might change would be add a logo for their team in the top right corner but it's not necessarily needed either.
