I like the brush style effect that bleeds into the player; One thing that I think could use some changing is the font color choice for 'Pearson', and 'Philadelphia Reapers'. I know you have the drop shadow in white, and it works, but the latter is hard to read. Overall, awesome graphic, love the logo on the jersey!
