Gritty is certainly heading to free agency this offseason, but that does not mean he is ruling Davos out. Pending how many of Davos pending FAs re sign, I do see Davos as a contendor to sign Gritty. They have a strong goalie, arguably are playoff contenders, and Gritty seemed to have some good chemistry with the team putting up a lot of points. If Gritty doesn’t sign with Davos he is looking for an active team, a cup contender, a strong goalie, and hopefully can partner with Smitty. Gritty also would prefer to play center at this point since he has started putting tpe into faceoffs.
