DarkSpyro 939 Posted November 11, 2019 Share Posted November 11, 2019 The goaltender Jimmy Spyro was drafted 5th overall to the Mississauga Hounds in the 1st round for the Season 69 VHLM draft class. The young Ontario native was nothing but smiles and seems to be very eager to be playing close to home. "I'm honoured to be a member of the Hounds organization, and I couldn't feel anymore grateful for the opportunity to play 45 minutes away from my hometown." We had projected this goalie making the late 1st round, but not the Top 5. We have high expectations for him in these coming years and feel he may just be the right fit for this organization. After a taste of seeing Spyro make some of the most insane saves as frequently as he does, this goaltender could very well be the missing link that pushes the Hounds over the top in becoming one of the most terrifying teams for the near future. We congratulate Spyro and the Hounds organization and expect to see some more tophies coming back to Mississauga.
