Mexico So Far

Mexico City has been a fun time so far for youngster Lewis Dawson. Dawson has quietly been a steady player in the VHLM thus far. Dawson has 8 points in his first 10 games and is trying to keep pace with his teammates. It's hard when one of your teammates has 27 points in those same 10 games. Dawson has been very happy with his defensive play though as his +10 rating has been a very welcomed sign for the club. If Dawson can compete and bring that strong two-way game to the rink every night, he will be a force in the future. His offensive game will come to him in time and he isn't too concerned about that end of the ice. If he isn't a liability upfront, than he is happy; if he was a liability in his own end though; that would be a huge problem for both him, his coach, teammates and the entire organization moving forward.

The +10 is is one of the more impressive statistics on the team so far this season. Like you said the offense will come later and we appreciate everything you’ve done so far and expect great things.
